Q: How do I use SimHome?
A: All you need is to connect your SimHome to a stable WiFi network, plug in the SIM cards you want to use and download the mobile app SIMPlus (available on both Google Play and App Store). That way you can manage all the SIMs in your phone remotely.

Q: Why do I need a SimHome?
A: With SimHome, you’ll be able to make and receive local calls using fixed number,  or to receive incoming voice calls and SMS overseas with Internet access. Exorbitant international incoming call roaming charges can be avoided.

Q: Does SimHome support 4G?
A: Yes, it supports all of the 4G SIM cards. If the WiFi connection becomes weaker or unstable, SimHome will automatically switch to 4G connection using the 4G SIM cards injected.

Q: Can I use SimHome for data aggregation using all the connected SIMs?
A: No, SimHome works on controlling the SIM cards’ phone calls and text messages remotely, as the data of your SIM cards injected can only remain unused. To use data locally or overseas, the SIM card you plug in your smartphone has to support your data usage or be prepaid.
